Training Blog

Every spring I have a huge desire to get fit and run some track races in the summer. I would love to run 800m again and do well in it.
My thoughts are that if I make a training blog detailing my training and eatingĀ  and, of course, weight loss, that it will inspire me more to accomplish it.
There are always loads of reasons why my training doesn’t go successfully. Most of the time it because of chocolate, pizza and ice cream. Hopefully, by doing this blog it may be different this time.
Today isĀ  Monday 14th March 2016 and this is the start of my training blog!
